Do you get water in the basement?
Little or none. The best way to describe
is that we once got mild
dampness in the basement during the worst of rain storms,
appearing the rear corner of the
basement where the furnace is located and where the grade level
is the highest. This has been eliminated since we
reconfigured the downspouts to move the water several feet away
from the house. |
