Living Room

Size 11' x 14'
Floors Hardwood: pre-finished cherry wood
Wiring

2 phone jacks, 1 network jack, 1 cable TV jack, 1 ceiling speaker, 3 recessed eyeball lights on dimmer

Along with the Dining Room, the Living Room is the other formal room in the home, sharing pre-finished cherry hardwood floors, and honey-stained windows, chair rails, crown-molding, and French pocket doors on two sides. The pocket doors were added to provide a place with a quieter setting than much of the first floor with its open layout.

This is your room to showcase artwork, with three ceiling-mounted, recessed swivel eyeball lights on a dimmer switch. They provide for great mode setting and beautiful accents for your home décor. You may also one day want to add a fire place to this room. It’s ready to add between the two windows and the foundation has a bump-out to accommodate the building of a chimney. You have your choice of wood or gas because of the gas service in the home.

Allowing for flexibility, the Living Room was also intended to be used instead as a Study or Home Office. It has a media outlet with network, phone, and cable TV jacks and two electrical outlets all on the same wall, which is another reason it has the doors on each side.
