The first-floor
bathroom, or
“Powder Room”, is in a convenient location in the hallway
between the kitchen and family room. We built it without
windows for extra privacy, and gave it ample room for everyday
living. It has a tasteful décor with <paint color> walls, an
off-white linoleum floor, and gold and silver trimmed
accessories, including sinks and wall hooks.
 Two
cabinets hold plenty of items along with hand towels. A room
intercom let’s you hear other activity or listen to your
favorite music, which is a nice touch when you’re entertaining.
A ceiling fan provides great ventilation, and there are separate
switches for both the overhead light and the mirror light.
